Grilled Bistro Beef Medallions on a Leek and Forest Mushroom Ragout, with White Cheddar and Chive Mashers and Stir fried Sugar Snap Peas with Baby Carrots and Red Pepper

 

Third Course

Individual Blackberry and Candied Ginger Cobbler,

with Lavender Gelato
