2007 Malbec Reserve
This
wine is created in the style of the great malbecs of
Mendoza, Argentina but grown in Texas on the Tallent Vineyards, Mason, TX. This wine was aged
over one year in new American oak barrels. This rich
and complex wine contains essences of coffee, dark chocolate,
cinnamon, and ripe plums.
Food complements: beef stew, manchego cheese, Argentine
beef filet.
