The latest release in the Quattro Stagioni series is from the Jet Wilmeth's Diamante Doble Vineyards in Tokio, TX. This rich and enticing wine is a blend of Zinfandel, Dolcetto, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright notes of cherry, plum, bramble fruit with hints of pepper and brown spice, finishing with rich tannins, yet light enough to enjoy as a sipping wine. As the name suggests, it is a taste of Texas summer in a bottle.
Aromatics: Bright red fruit, raspberry and cherry with layers of baking spice and pepper
On the Palate: Fruit forward notes of red fruit, cherry and herbs, cassis with lingering finish of chocolate and sweet brown spice.
