As the second most planted red grape in Italy, Montepulciano is becoming increasingly popular here in Texas with its ease in the vineyard and elegant wines produced in the cellar. With notes of blackberry, fresh cherries, violet, and cocoa, this medium-bodied wine is an exciting addition that we hope you enjoy.

This wine was grown by Jet Wilmeth at Diamonte Doble Vineyards in Tokio, Texas. The vineyard sits upon a mix of Patricia and Amarillo loamy fine sands and Tokio fine sandy loam.
