RVM 2019

$22.00
Award-Winner

Featuring Rhone region white grapes, Roussanne (69%), Viognier (26%) and Marsanne (5%), Texas-style, we bring to you the inaugural 2019 RVM. Rich, full-bodied and full of flavor, this wine pairs with all life has to offer. From Brunch to Thanksgiving, RVM brings everything to the table; Roussanne being full-bodied creamy, brioche-like with lemon tart, Viognier lending more subtle, stone fruits and perfumed aromas, while Marsanne fuses the blend together, providing soft backbone with quince and beeswax notes. Allowing fermentation to take place in a mixture of new and neutral French oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation, leaves fruit intact, full mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, creating a bolder white wine.
