Reminiscent of the old world Loire Valley with body and structure underpinned by ripe tannins, layers of fruit come forward of deep violet and cassis. A wine that waits until the perfect vintage for bottling, this is one we believe to be exceptional. The 2015 Cabernet Franc has body to carry the dark flavors of tobacco and coffee balanced with nuances of wood violet, mild pepper finishing with raspberry and dark chocolate.
Enjoy this wine now or age for 7-10 years.
Aromatics: Wood Violet, mild black pepper, spice, cassis, tobacco
ON THE PALATE: Currant, dark, ripe, red fruits, finishes with coffee, tobacco and lingering oak
