Reminiscent of the old world Loire Valley with body and structure underpinned by ripe tannins, layers of fruit come forward of deep violet and cassis. A wine that waits until the perfect vintage for bottling, this is one we believe to be exceptional. The 2015 Cabernet Franc has body to carry the dark flavors of tobacco and coffee balanced with nuances of wood violet, mild pepper finishing with raspberry and dark chocolate.

Aromatics: Wood violet, mild black pepper, spice, cassis, tobacco

On the Palate: Currant, dark, ripe, red fruits, finishes with coffee, tobacco and lingering oak

Enjoy this wine now or age for 7-10 years.

Great wine, we both love red wine. All your Becker wines are terrific. We look forward to picking up our wine club shipment then the tasting and purchasing other bottles

You guys always do it right, but this one really knocked it out of the park. I made a beautiful seafood paella and it paired perfectly with it. Guest were amazed that a red would be served with seafood. I always reach for a Becker when I travel anywhere especially abroad. Thank you Dr. Becker, Jonathan and all the wonderful people who prove that Texas can produce great world class wines. Cheers
