From our best Texas vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon meets Syrah. Nearly two years aging in a mixture of 25% new American oak barrels and neutral French oak barrels yields a full-bodied wine with a well-balanced tannic structure, characteristics of plum and a smokey pepper finish. This is a wine that has weight to stand up to heavier meals yet just as enjoyable without food.
