A rosé reminiscent of a French Provençe-styled wine. The 2018 vintage is a blend of Tempranillo, Mourvedre, Counoise, Cinsault, with a touch of Viognier to accentuate the floral notes. Our Provençal is a synergistic blend of white wine fermentation techniques used on red wine grapes. The red wine grapes are pressed immediately to minimize skin contact, providing the salmon color of rosé. The juice is then fermented cold at 55ºF, to retain the soft florals and fresh fruit flavors. The result is a light bodied rosé with delicate notes of pomegranate, strawberries, and soft floral aromas.

Aromatics: Bright florals of peonies, lilac and roses, stone fruits and citrus

On the Palate: Strawberry, pomegranate, dried cherries, Ruby Red grapefruit
