A brilliant Texas rose. The 2021 vintage, is a synergistic blend of Mourvedre, Cinsault, Counoise, and Tempranillo. Utilizing white wine fermentation techniques on red grapes, with limited skin contact, provides the pale salmon color; a cool, slow fermentation retains the soft florals and fresh fruit flavors. The result is a light bodied rosé with delicate notes of pomegranate, strawberries, and soft floral aromas.
Aromatics: Bright florals of peonies, hibiscus tea, stone fruits and citrus
On the Palate: Strawberry, pomegranate, dried cherries, Ruby Red grapefruit

This was the perfect rosé to be greeted with prior to our private tour. The crisp notes made it perfectly enjoyable for the beautiful day we had. I purchased a bottle immediately and will gladly buy more.

We were served this at a recent taste testing at Becker. Absolutely loved it. We usually drink a Merlot or Cab, but Rose’ is now a favorite, especially this one. We took a bottle with us and when we returned home, we ordered six more. Bottles.

This is a really great Rose' and I'll be ordering often. It's a dry, crisp yet flavorful wine, and goes great with sauteed Cajun Shrimp or cheesy pasta dishes.
