Vintage Port 2015
The grapes that comprise this blend are blended from the Texas High Plains and the Texas Hill Country. A blend of Malbec, Zinfandel and Syrah are co-fermented, fortified and aged in neutral barrels. Over a two year aging process, the wine is allowed to oxidize, developing rich, nutty notes with deep fruits and chocolate with a ful body and rich finish. This wine will only get better with time. Cellar for 10+ years.
