White Wing 2016
Sauvignon Blanc was of the first vines planted on the Becker Estate Vineyard in 1992. Today, as you enter our property, this vineyard is the first you see.
Always the first grapes of harvest, our Sauvignon Blanc is both rich in body and fruit. Always aged in 100% French oak barrels, a mixture of both new and neutral, the White Wing acheives a balance of tropical fruits, silky body and smooth mouthfeel. Minerality blends with toasted vanilla and coconut notes, further enhancing the palate.
Aromatics: Mineral, toasted coconut and butter, white florals, tropical fruit
On the Palate: Coconut, butter, toasted almonds, pineapple, lemon grass with a lush body

Arguably the best Texas wine I have ever had.
