For the first time ever, the Buffalo Gap Wine & Food Summit is hitting the road!
Perini Ranch has been hosting the Buffalo Gap Wine & Food Summit since 2005. Founded by Tom & Lisa Perini of Perini Ranch Steakhouse, Fess Parker of the Fess Parker Family Winery & Vineyard, and Dr. Richard & Bunny Becker of Becker Vineyards, the Summit was established for the continuing appreciation of fine wine and food through education and benefitting the Texas Tech Viticulture & Enology Department. The Summit is 501 c 3 organization.
This October, the spirit of Buffalo Gap extends all the way to the Texas Hill Country for this three-day event. Perini Ranch will bring their James Beard Foundation Award-winning cuisine, and special guests, to Becker Vineyards to celebrate both the third leg of the Food & Wine Summit and Texas Wine Month in style! Joining for the Friday night Celebrity Chef Dinner, will be acclaimed chefs, John & Elise Russ of Clementine in San Antonio, TX, will prepare and present a dazzling and exquisite, multi-course meal centered around our award-winning Becker Vineyards wines!
