The Culinaria:  Rambling Rosé is back for another year at Becker Vineyards! The annual tribute to the summer wine featuring a blind tasting of rosés with a panel of experts will also include a paired bite from Chef John Brand.

Federweisser (from the German words Feder “feather” and Weiss “white”) name comes from the appearance of the suspended yeast.  It is the product of freshly pressed grape juice, known as must.  The term in principle includes all states of fermentation from must to finished wine.  Becker Vineyards will have complimentary samples of Federweisser to sample.  Cheese-Charcuterie Boards ($25) will also be available for sale.

Celebrating the grape harvest season - join us for the Annual Grape Stomp, Aug. 31 & Sept 1, 2024!

There is no fee and no reservations required to stomp grapes.  It is "first come, first served".  Hours:  Saturdays, 10 AM - 5:30 PM; Sundays, 11 AM - 5:30 PM.

Grape stomping is the traditional way of separating the juice from the skins (if making white wine) or separating red wine from the skins.  

Bring your friends and family! Children may stomp grapes but must be accompanied by their parent(s).  

Outdoors Event Note:  The Grape Stomp takes place under a tent but it is outdoors.  We recommend wearing casual clothes, hat, sunscreen, and staying hydrated. 

Food Options:  TBA

Grape Stomp T-Shirts ($ Price TBA):  Some guests like to purchase and put their "stomp" prints on the back as a souvenir.  NOTE:  When you get home, soak your T-shirt in bowl of vinegar or salt water for a day or two to set the "stomp" print stain.  Do not use Clorox or Shout it Out - they will remove the stains.

Lucy & The Italian Woman Costume Contest

Yes - you can be participate in the contest!

Lucy & The Italian Woman Costume Contest begins at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2024.  This event was inspired by the beloved "I Love Lucy" episode of her stomping grapes!  Contestants are judged on costume, stomping ability, and enthusiasm!  There is no entry fee to participate.  NOTE:  Contestants will need to meet at the Grape Stomping Tent at 2:45 PM.
