There is no better way to spend a Saturday than with good food and great wine!  Relish the five-course menu created by our Executive Chef Jean-Claude Balek paired with Becker Vineyards' award-winning wines in our Lavender Haus Reception Hall.

Menu

First Course - Chestnut and Celery Veloute (Chestnuts, Celery, and Black Truffle)

Second Course - Bouillabaisse (Mediterranean Seafood, Saffron, and Rouille Toast)

Third Course - Hachis Parmentier (Central Texas Lamb Shepherd's Pie)

Fourth Course - Christmas Goose (Rowdy Roost Farms Christmas Goose, Sweet Potato Pave, Cranberry, Foie Gras Gravy)

Fifth Course - Pecan Pie (Chestnut and Maple Crema)

Reservations required, seating is limited.

Time:  12 PM - 3 PM

Pricing:  $145 per person + tax - SOLD OUT

NOTE:  Chef's Table Luncheons are held monthly and usually the last weekend of the month.  Please join us for our next one January 27, 2024!  Reservations can be made from our Website Calendar.
