Jolie just keeps getting prettier and prettier. For the 2021 vintage, we opted for a direct press method of rose. Pressing Counoise grapes as soon as they arrive from the vineyard, just as we would our lovely white wines, we created a light, tantalizing rose, full of florals and bright fruits, driven by a crisp acidity. Blending roses of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah infuses body and added fruit to the palate.  Enjoy by the pool or at Thanksgiving dinner. This is a wine meant to be enjoyed by all, at any time.

Aromatics: Bright florals, pink rose petals, strawberry, raspberry fruits

On the Palate: Pomegranate, ripe strawberries, candy watermelon, bright acidity with a light fruit finish
