The 2023 Viognier Reserve is 91% Viognier, 7% Roussanne, and 2% Marsanne from Six Harts Vineyards, Farmhouse Vineyards, and Reddy Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels allows a silky structure on the palate while building floral characteristics and a mosaic of stone fruits.
Aromatics: Linden Flowers, lemon zest, honey comb, honesuckle, lilacs
On the Palate: Lemon curd, thyme, marmalade, blood orange, finishing with warm toasted vanilla bean
