2024 JolieJolie 2024, we utilized both a direct press and saignè methods for this rosè program. This is 44% Grenache, 29% Counoise, and 27% Mourvedre offers layers on the palate while encapsulating a light-bodied, almost provence style rosé that incorporates stunning florals and bright fruit structure. Aromatics: Rose petals, White Pineberry, and orange blossom On the Palate: Ripe White Pineberries, Ruby Red Grapefruit, lime zest, and tarragon. Enjoy now. Serve chilled, 50-58ºF. Aging for 16 months in French oak barrels allows a veloptuous structure on the palate while allowing delicate florals and a mosaic of stone fruits. 2022 Ranger HaysRanger John C. “Jack” Hays first surveyed what is now known as Becker Vineyards in the mid-1800's. Later, he made his profession as a Texas Ranger, renowned for his efforts settling the Texas frontier. The artwork depicts his famous stand-off against a Comanche War Party, at nearby Enchanted Rock. Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Tannat create a gorgeous mosaic, developing a wine as captivating as its inspiration. Aromatics of pine, violets, plums and caramel greet you. Smooth tannins, bright fruits and herbal tea open the palate, further revealing a mid-palate of vanilla and smoke which carries through the finish with red fruit compote notes. |
