From our best Texas High Plains vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon meets Syrah. Aging in a mixture of 35% new American oak barrels and neutral French oak barrels yields a full bodied wine with silky mouthfeel, dark berry fruits with a smoky lingering finish. This is a wine that has weight to stand up to heavier meals and just as enjoyable without food.
