Enjoy a lovely Saturday at Becker Vineyards with lunch in the Lavender Haus Special Events Hall on Saturday, March 30, 2024. The Welcome Reception begins at 12:00 PM with a light wine and cheese reception. A sit down lunch follows at 12:30 PM. Relish a multi-course menu created by Chef Jean-Claude Balek, paired with Becker Vineyards' award-winning wines. There's no better way to spend a Saturday than with good food, great wine, and enjoyable company. 

Reservations Required and seating is limited to 40 people, tickets are non-refundable.

Final menu will be presented 7 days prior to the event, menu alterations are politely declined.

Avocado Bisque, Charred Cucumber, Crab

Enchanted Mushroom Vols au Vent, Corn Puree, Tarragon, Truffle

Torchon of Foie Gras, Quince, Malmsey Gastrique, Petite Salad

Red Prawns, Black Garlic, Brown Butter, Veloute

Texas Iberico Pork Belly, Silky Grits, Caramelized Apples and Fennel, Mustard Jus
