The newest release in Le Quattro Stagione series, the 2018 D'Estate greets us with mild peppers, toasty oak notes with molasses and bramble fruit. 70% Canada Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon brings depth of dark berries and beloved pyrazines, blended with Merlot from the Reddy Vineyards, as well as Petit Verdot and Malbec from Drew Tallent. Together, this creates an expressive, bold wine. Aging in 90% American oak barrels for nearly 30 months, allows bursts of sweet berries with mild herbaceous characters.  

Aromas: Dates, prunes, figs, brown sugar, molasses

On the Palate: Blackberries, bramble fruit, anise, violets, finishing with fruit compote, bright acidity and medium tannins
