Indian Summer 2017

Blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Mourvedre from three great vineyards across Texas, we've created a wine that is perfect for any given day. The result of new and neutral oak aging for 18 months allows this wine to maintain fruit forward characters while balancing the tannic structure of a heavier bodied red wine. This is a wine that will pair perfectly with Texas beef or TexMex cuisine.
Aromatics: Red fruit, raspberry, fresh thyme, and toasted coffee notes
On the Palate: Well-rounded cherry and blueberry fruit, lingering cooking spices, bold tannins
Enjoy now, age 3-5 years
Serve decanted, 65ºF
