Prairie Cuvée 2019
A complement to our much loved Prairie Rotie, the Prairie Cuvee is a Northern Rhone-style bend of 47% Marsanne, 47% Roussanne, and 6% Viognier. Our Marsanne comes from the Reddy Vineyards of Brownfield, TX while the Roussanne is grown right down the road at the Farmhouse Vineyards in Meadow, TX.
The label is from our vault of Tony Bell art, bringing to mind those warm Texas days on the prairie.
Aromatics: Lemon, nectarine, honeysuckle, baked apples, warm baking spices and lilacs.
On the Palate: Honey, apricots, white peach, lemon zest, vanilla bean, brioche, baked apples, hint of mild clove with a finish of oak

I like this wine. I received 2 bottles in the wine club shipment.. I haven't tried the other 3wines I purchased. I am responsible for Thanksgiving dinner wine. Will let you know how it goes. The Prairie Cuvee is MY turkey wine.

This is my favorite white wine of all time. I love the oak finish.
