Our Viognier, particularly our 2017 vintage, is one of the most seductive and alluring wines we make. From the heavy melon and apricot nose to the full mouth feel of this golden hued nectar, your senses are caressed with unabashed forwardness of a true Condrieu-style Viognier.
The juice is cold fermented over 30 days, in both stainless steel tanks and new French oak barrels, developing a rich, forward palate. Yeasts are chosen for their compatibility with each vineyard's specific terroir, complementing Viognier's fruit and florals qualities.
