Viognier 2019

A lively, bright blend of Viognier, sourced from three Texas High Plains vineyards, this vintage excites the palate with crisp acidity and light body, allowing subtle fruit to come forward. A relatively short aging in French oak barrels heightens the fruit and maintains the wine's natural vibrancy, contributing mild vanilla notes to the finish.
Aromatics: Floral aromatics of citrus blossom, white peaches, opens to slight warm vanilla
On the Palate: Honeydew melon, candied Meyer lemons with a finish of bright lemon zest
