Indian Summer NV
Blending Merlot, Petit Verdot and Zinfandel from three great AVAs across Texas, we've created a wine that is perfect for any given day. The result of new and neutral oak aging months allows this wine to maintain fruit forward characters while balancing the tannic structure of a heavier bodied red wine. This is a wine that will pair perfectly with Texas beef or TexMex cuisine.
Aromatics: Red fruit, raspberry, fresh thyme, and toasted coffee notes
On the Palate: Well-rounded cherry and blueberry fruit, lingering cooking spices, bold tannins
