The 2015 Raven integrates terroir from the Texas High Plains and Texas Hill Country AVAs, showcasing Malbec from The Canada Family Vineyard and Jet Wilmeth Vineyard blended with Petit Verdot from Drew Tallent Vineyard in Mason, TX.

Nice balance in this wine. Should go well with the suggested food pairings. The raspberry comes through immediately, earthiness of the Malbec is subtle adding to the character of the wine.
